If we can not impress you with our products, we will try to impress you with our refund policy.
Products
Each of the products we sell comes with an indivdual money-back guarantee.
Basically, if you do not think what you receive is good value for the low purchase price you paid, you can have all your money back.
Hosting
We ask for a year in advance because the accounting effort is too great for the small monthly payments.
However, we must allow for combinations of circumstances that so disappoint you that you want your money back,
At any time, you may cancel the unused part of the year for a refund.
Domain Names
The money you pay for domain names is to purchase that name. It is your property and yours to take with you, should you leave. There is nothing to refund.
In our bundled UNIX offering, the domain name commonly accounts for half the yearly cost.
If you choose to cancel your UNIX package, we would deduct the cost of the domain name before refunding the unused part of the year.

Whether paying by PayPal or WorldPay your details are confidential.
We can offer you offline credit card processing by secure e-mail or telephone.
You are protected by secure server technology, your credit card company, our payment processor, law (Scotland), our need for reputation and our refund policy.
